Tungsten Slotted Beads Purple

SemperFli Fly Tying Tungsten Slotted Beads Purple

• 10 Beads Per Packet

• Tungsten slotted beads are preferred by fly fishermen and fly tiers because of their superior weight-to-size ratio compared to cheaper brass beads. Due to tungsten's high density, these beads are approximately double the weight of a similarly sized brass bead. This added weight helps your flies or jigs to sink much faster, allowing you to reach the desired depth quickly and effectively.

• The slotted design of these beads is another advantageous feature. The enlarged slot recess makes it easier for you to thread the bead onto the hook, especially around the gape of the hook. This design ensures a secure fit and allows for better hook penetration when a fish strikes.

In summary, the Tungsten Slotted Beads provide excellent weight, easy hook threading, and a vibrant color option for your flies or jigs. Their tungsten construction enables faster sinking, making them ideal for reaching fish at deeper depths efficiently.
