A compact working platform for fly tying

The HMH Spartan gives clear access around the jaw tip, an adjustable head angle and a brushed stainless-steel chassis. Its locking cam lever holds the hook while you build the dressing, and the interchangeable jaw system offers scope for compatible HMH jaw options.

Rotary control and material management

The head has 360-degree rotation with adjustable disc-drag tension. Turn the fly to inspect the body or work on another side, then set the resistance to suit the task. A double-spring material clip helps keep loose materials away from the hook while you tie.
